What is a Super Node?

  • A Super Node is part of the Horizen node infrastructure
  • It provides enhanced security, integrity and privacy to the Horizen network and in future will support side-chains, tracking and payments for all Horizen nodes
  • Super Nodes have specific resource requirements (memory, CPU, network) and uptime / availability, which are higher than those for Secure Nodes
  • Super Nodes require a registered stake address, with a minimum balance of 500 ZEN

What do I need to provide to use the Ultimate Nodes hosting service?

  • The stake address, which you control, that holds the required stake balance
    • 42 ZEN minimum balance for a Secure Node
    • 500 ZEN minimum balance for a Super Node
  • Payment for the hosting term (minimum 1 month) via CoinPayments (ZEN, ETH, BTC) or PayPal (USD, EUR, GBP)

What do Ultimate Nodes provide?

  • Fully-managed hosting service, including setup, active monitoring and upgrades
  • Ensuring all node requirements are met for the term of the service ordered (any periods where the requirements are not met will be credited with the equivalent number of day's hosting)
